Dutch rockabilly and country singer Miss Mary Ann is going to release a compilation with recordings from the past 15 years of her career. The CD will feature highlights and also some unissued material. In addition, Mary Ann's background band, the Ragtime Wranglers, now work on a new album which is scheduled for sommer 2009. The Ragtime Wranglers will be appearing on the Rockabilly Rave USA with Miss Mary Ann and the Collins Kids this year in October. They will also back the Collins Kids on their concert at the Rhythm Riot in the UK.
Miss Mary Ann is now for years a part of the international rockabilly music scene and has played all over the world and she also has released two albums. The Ragtime Wranglers also have a bit of an own career, having released a solo album, too, and the group backed famed rockabilly artists like Curtis Gordon, Jack Earls, Barbara Pittman, Janis Martin, Hardrock Gunter and many more.
