Outlaw Country musician Willie Nelson will be honored as the "2009 State Musician" by the Texas government. To receive this award, a musician must be born in Texas or lived five years there and must be the best of his genre. Nelson sure is one of the best musicians of his genre. He said that he regarded his award as a great honor abd that he wants to thank everybody who realized this award.
